Flour Tortillas

Ingredients
2 Cups flour
1 cups water
1 Tsp Baking Soda
2 glugs oil
Dash Salt

Knead dough on floured surface until it has the consistency of "play dough". If it is too stiff add some more water. If it is too loose, add some more flour.

Separate the dough into 8 separate balls. One by on, roll the balls, using a floured rolling pin, into flat circles that are about 1/8 inch thick and 6 inches in diameter.

One by one place the dough circles in a hot, ungreased skillet. Allow to cook on one side for about 60 seconds and then flip the tortilla and cook on the other side for about 60 seconds. You will know it is cooked on each side when some brown spots begin to appear on the tortilla. Make sure that you do not leave your tortilla in the pan too long as it will get brittle.
