Slow Cooked Chicken Tacos

Ingredients (For 4 to 5 people)
4 Chicken Thighs (Defrosted)
5 Jiggers of Scotch
1 50 Cl Beer
1 Cup water
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Dried Chili Peppers
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Cumin
3 Tbsp Tomato paste
1/2 Cup Water

Mix all of the ingredients except the chicken and boil together for 2 minutes. Reduce the heat of the liquid to a simmer, add the chicken thighs, and cook on low for 2 hours.

After two hours, the chicken should be completely broken down. If there is too much liquid after 2 hours, you can turn the stove up to a high for a few minutes at the end and allow the liquid to boil down.

Chicken should be eaten in the tortillas mentioned below.
